About Joy
After being a Realtor in the Asheville, North Carolina area for 18 years, I moved to the Upstate of South Carolina in 2021! I am now enjoying helping Buyers and Sellers in the Upstate.
I have worked with all kinds of clients - first time homebuyers, investors, builders, people downsizing and those needing more space! As well, I have worked through many different housing markets. Real estate is always changing and that's what I'm here for - to help you with your purchase or selling of property.
My background before real estate was business and accounting, as well as being a mom to three kids, and I've had many pets through the years. I love animals and gardening, as well as social dancing. I also love going to the many concerts that are available in our area in the warmer months.
What I love about real estate is not looking at houses, but helping my clients with one of the biggest decisions they will make. And it's an emotional journey as well for Buyers and Sellers. I love to educate my clients and make sure they have the information they need to make an informed decision. I am your support person but you are always in the driver's seat!
