About Judy
Judy is a 1987 graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design. She received her Realtor license in 2004 and her Broker license in 2010. Judy is a member of the National, State, and Multiple Local Associations of Realtors. She is the owner of House and Home Showcase LLC and earned her ASP and IAHSP Staging Designations. She also earned her ABR Buyers Representative Designation. Additionally, Judy has proudly served on Leadership committees and she has earned various prestigious awards over the years. But above all else, she devotes herself as a Fulltime professional Realtor/Broker with a goal to provide "Red Carpet Service" to each and every one of her clients.
Judy has been happily married to her best friend, Skip Smith, since 1992. Skip is retired Law Enforcement and also a licensed Realtor who works right by her side. The couple has a son and daughter and three precious grandaughters. When not assisting her clients, Judy loves spending time with her family. Skip and Judy currently live on Lake Blalock in the Chesnee SC area. But Judy has lived in Upstate SC her entire adult life. This is, and always has been, home. The couple are members of First Baptist North Spartanburg. It is Judy's belief that God has a plan for us all and He has truly had His hand on her destiny.
