Glad to meet you. I am Amy Hart Gantt and have lived on gorgeous Lake Keowee for almost 30 years now. I am married to this great guy, Matt, who happens to have served as an Army Infantry Officer for over 30 years as an Airborne Ranger. We have three grown kids who all live close enough to come jump in the lake on a weekend! I LOVE finding the perfect house or piece of land for the people I am privileged to work with. There is something about finding a place that is going to be your home that makes all the effort worth it.
I have ridden my horses just about everywhere in Oconee Country and that includes all the places that now are covered in homes and business's. I still ride and have 4 horses right now. I know this area very well with its nooks and crannies that still exist. After 30+ years of discovery I know the quick routes , local waterfalls & little hideaways reserved for locals. You will become one of those locals who also will find adventure. I love land, seeing it used for its highest purpose, building homes that fit the right spot, thinking of the sun, rainfall, run off, etc. I just love land. I am a certified Land Junkie.
